SO YOU LIKED THE BOOK?!

And a graphic novel would be badass :) I don't think it'd be that big of a problem, there's published versions of both Pterry and Gneil books, and you wouldn't be earning a profit. Which might make it fair use?

I think you'd probably be able to come up with something other than duct tape for binding :D

Shame face time. It hasn't arrived yet and I've already read it twice. I'm just that impatient. The first time I was kinda, huh, this is cute, I quite like Aziraphale (who I will ALWAYS pronounce Ah zee-rah-fa-el) and Crowly (who never stopped being Crawly, despite how Gneil says it.) Then I read the annotations online, a bit of explanation about the plot and jokes, then I read it again.

OMGFANTASTICILOVETHISBOOKSOMUCH!NRGH! I'm also seriously in love with the fanart I've seen, so I'm really into this project. At the current rate I'm drawing a page full of GO characters every hour.

Just doodles of course. If I could draw a page of a graphic novel in an hour, I'd be famous right now, just for the amount of shit I've produced.

You'd be SO famous :D I'm really glad you liked it, and I totally don't blame you for reading it early :P

The community for the book is actually pretty awesome, and I'm sure the doodles you've done so far are great, too :)

I've never considered reading an annotation for Good Omens, I did okay by context... Do you have a link to one, it might be interesting to look at.

See, I needed this, because I only got about half of them. http://www.lspace.org/books/apf/good-omens.html

I also showed my drawings to my English teacher (I drew the entire scene with helping Anathema fix her bicycle on the back of my comparison essay on Brutus' representation in film) and now he is reading Good Omens. Score.

That makes your English teacher officially the coolest English teacher ever. And I've gone on vacation with, drank with, and had a giant crush on each of my faves, respectively.

Also, the package came today! It's the Crowley US cover, could have been so much worse thank you!

And what's the community, you speak of?

I really like those covers, there's both Crowley and Aziraphale ones, but it wouldn't let me choose which :P

Oh, the fandom, my use of words is astounding isn't it? :/ Ah well. At any rate, they have good artists and there are some funny damn stories written by them. It seems the fan favourite pairing are Crowley/Aziraphale (of course) and Famine/Pollution.
