Originally uploaded by missnikkiraeFinished up this purple scarf a few nights ago. It was nice having two projects going at once, then I could really imprint the practice of casting on and off by repetition. The last one posted was knitted on much smaller needles than this one, I was amazed at how fast this was completed. Knitting on large needles makes you feel like the champion speed knitter of yarny yarn town. Having two projects going at once was a nice payoff, from now on I will try to have at least three going at once. I really like how this one turned out. I am sad the picture quality is so low, the colors are much brighter than this portrays, the purple is very vividly dark.
But I do think Oliver is feeling quite warm. :)
