Hazy Shade of Winter

I've noticed it's never winter in Camelot. This is obvious because the production always films in spring. But c'mon! Winter is awesome! I want to draw rosy cheeks and frosty scarves and old socks for gloves! And have you seen pictures of Chateau Pierrefonds in winter? Awesome!

So the lyrics are from "A Hazy Shade of Winter" by Simon and Garfunkel, but I was listening to the rockin' Bangles cover of it.

Here's a fun fact! When you cover Merlin's hair and ears, there's not much left that tells you, "Hey! That's Merlin!". I wasn't originally going to put a toque on him (I wanted to include super rosy ears), but as a Canadian citizen, that would be irresponsible of me! Covering up your head is the most important part of winter!

Of course as a Canadian citizen, it would have been irresponsible of me to not do the piece like THIS!

Anyways, I had fun making frosty eyebrows and cloth. He has frosty breath, but because it's "daytime" it doesn't read very well. And old sock gloves! Do not laud my fire - it is teh fake!
