Idea of Today: Stargate SG-1/Bones crossover in which a body is found...Brennan's does an autopsy & finds something strange...a goa'uld. So Homeworld Security (read: Jack) sends Sam (and Daniel?) to help smooth things over. Much amusement ensues.

Ran another mile tonight...Saturday I'll kick up to a mile & a half. Still need to go to the gym and hire trainer again. GRRR.
