Crazy dreams...
So...weird dream last night that I blame on migraine meds:
In my dream, I wake up. It's morning, and I've got to get to work. So I open the bedroom door, and Gracie has made some friends. One is
meggiekw's cat, which confuses me because
meggiekwlives a couple miles away and her cats have certainly never been over for a play date. The other is a tiny little kitten who's clinging to the back of the sofa and mewing pitifully. I pick her up, cuddle her for a minute, and put her in the carrier with Gracie to keep them safe while I (for no apparent reason) move furniture. In this dream, I'd apparently gotten a new chair and needed to move the furniture to make room for it.
As I start to move furniture, I come across a stack of stuff that a friend of mine left at my house. I look through it briefly, and come across a strange picture--it's a black and white picture of a crowd of people standing on the sidewalk beside a busy street. In the photo I recognize Sam & Jack (and they are, I somehow know, Sam & Jack, not RDA & AT), Shia LeBouf, the dude who plays Mini-Me, and Norm from Cheers. The odd thing is that they are the only ones in color in the photo.
Abruptly, I'm no longer in my apartment but am watching the photo come to life in front of me--Jack starts across the street and holds out a hand for Sam to take, which she does. They head to Jack's truck, which is parked nearby, and Sam opens the door. Jack gives her a look like "Dude, I was going to be a gentleman" and she grins at him as she climbs inside. At this point, Jack realizes that Shia LeBouf is still standing sullenly on the sidewalk, and walks over to talk to him. Apparently, in Amanda!dreamworld, Shia LeBouf is Jack's nephew or something. So they start arguing, and now I'm not watching as "God" or whatever, but I'm standing in a phone booth nearby where I've just found several rubles (which I'm sure looked nothing like actual rubles look, as they were GIANT coins stamped in Cryllic), and am watching them argue about...something.
Yeah, I love migraine meds. No idea why Mini-Me and Norm were there at all, since they played no part in my dream, but...there ya go.
