"There's no crying in baseball!"

Last Tuesday we had a blood drive at work.  After I gave blood, I noticed that I was a little sore but figured it was just the normal Body-pissed-off-that-I'd-let-it-get-stuck-with-giant-needle owie.  The next day it started bruising.  Over the last week, it's slowly bloomed in to brilliant reds, blues, purples, yellows, and greens.  Several of us here are having this problem, because apparently the Bloodmobile guy ain't too good at his job and punched right through the vein,  leaving a great deal of blood to drain in to our elbows.  Which, I must add: hurts.  Today I can't bend my arm hardly at all.  I feel arthritic, and it's annoying.  It better be well by next Friday, because HELLO, CAMPING! :)  Tonight's softball game should be interesting, in any event...

Also, the new girl at work is destroying my soul.  I understand that it's a lot to be thrown in to, but I was never EVER this BAD at it.  We've written more credits for obits in the past two weeks than I have, like, EVER.  She has no organizational skills, and makes random leaps that I don't understand--like putting pictures in obits that don't have any, or just adding random things to obits.  People are uniquely un-understanding when their mother/father/etc. has just died.  Thus I want to beat my brain out.  Frequently.

I'm going camping next weekend!  HAHA!
