Oh my god. I just realised that I use sexist gendered language. I just told my little brother (2 yo) to roar at a spider that he was a bit scared of and that 'he' (the spider) would run away. I get RSS news feed from an American gay magazine called Advocate. It's generally a pretty groovy magazine, has a strong political view (although the American gay community generally is more political than NZ's) and has been putting out information about Prop 8 aftermath.
