Vegan Brown Gravy

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups high quality vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon raw cashews
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions:
  1. Pour broth into a blender.
  2. Add cashews, onion powder, garlic powder, cornstarch, and soy sauce.
  3. Blend until completely smooth, 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
