Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 2 tablespoons Splenda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg white
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Combine all ingredients and stir until moist.
- Spray a 10-inch cast-iron skillet or oven safe pan over medium heat.
- Pour batter into pan.
- Cook 1 minute over medium heat (do not stir).
- Bake for 18 minutes or until golden.
- (This is the step where you are creative--add whatever you'd like to the top: reduced apples with cinnamon, pie filling, fruit compote, etc. and put back into the oven for two minutes.)
- Cut into quarters and serve immediately.
