Ingredients:
- 2 mangos, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 2 small peaches, halved, pitted, and cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 white onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeño (for spicy salsa, do NOT remove the seeds from the pepper)
- 2 limes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons white sugar (or artificial sweetener), or to taste
- 3/4 cup water
Directions:
- Make sure you dice all this stuff up REALLY SMALL.
- Put the diced fruit and veggies in a large bowl.
- Add water, sugar, salt, and juice of two limes to the bowl.
- Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for AT LEAST one hour before serving. The longer it blends, the better it is.
