Hey hey hey!
Been a long while, I know, but I figured that I could start trying to do these art posts more often, like once every week or two. So, since I have a lot of art to catch you all up on I'll be spreading the last year+ or so over a few posts, otherwise this would be like a mile long (not really, but it'd be long).
In future posts you can look forward to X-Men, Sherlock, original characters, D&D characters, and other misc fanart! My more completed art (such as paintings and such) won't be included in art dumps so much as to have their own art posts or joint posts.
Contents: Mostly original characters (primarily for my D&D campaigns) and one Star Trek piece
Rating: PG
Warnings/Spoilers: Gender Swapping
This is Firn, a D&D cleric I play. I did this about June of 2010, mostly wanted to try doing a bust that wasn't just like head and shoulders, but something more complete and complicated. Ultimately, I'm still pleased with the results.
My pal Holly wanted me to draw her some Fem!Trek, so I looked up her favorite dance, the Argentine Tango, and found a pose I liked and went at it. End result is Fem!Kirk and Fem!Spock dancing it out. I never finished it because Spock's legs kept giving me problems, that's why you might notice the lack of finished hands.
This is Tisha, my D&D bard, and Celest, my D&D druid! I played these two way back in high school 2001-2004 and really wanted to see how I'd draw them now a days. The height difference between them is pretty drastic (6'1 and 5'3) and that ended up making Tisha come out a bit too large size wise. All in all, I like how they updated.
I was at a loss for what to draw and my darling
jenken said to draw Celest as a man. I believe she suggested that I do it fast, like 5 or 10 minutes, so I did and overall I'm still very happy with the results!
This final piece is a D&D character of mine named Tragus is a druid. She's of a race that is more anthropomorphic in nature, which she is Lynx, but she's only half, her other half being elf. An accident blinded her, so that's what the scars all over her face and neck are from. She was fun to draw.
