Things seem to be going okay at school. Bam seems to be positive towards his teacher, so far. The other kids appear friendly.
I asked him if he would be okay with taking the bus next year -- we won't be walking distance anymore, or even biking distance, and it would make life so much easier. He said he's fine with it. I'm utterly terrified of school buses myself, but I think things are very different now than when I was in school, so I think it's worth a try. Not sure if he would have to take the "short bus" or if it would be better or worse for him to do so.
