We took Bam out to an evening event last night, not wanting to leave him with a sitter from 5pm to 1 am, even if we could have found one. And it was fine! We *prepared* this time, which helped a lot -- brought a sleeping bag and pillows, and his favorite comfort read (currently Calvin and Hobbes). But I think it also shows how much he's matured, that he was able to be in a strange place for a long time and be mellow about it.

Wonder if he's getting to the place where concerts might be a possibility?
