The Sci-Fi Channel is making a tv show based on the Terminator movies called The Sarah Connor Chronicles. It's a crazy notion, the sort of thing that doesn't happen in the real world. But, generally speaking, so was the idea of making a major motion picture based on a tv show that was cancelled half-way through its first season. If they can pull it off, more power to them.
