Another overdue update.
Let's see--lately, I've been too busy to do anything else but work or plan the wedding.
Rick and I have finally gotten our asses in gear--we had a good amount of extra money this month, with the government's free money, and just being able to put a good amount aside as well.
We paid for our airfare to Disney World ^_^ And paid for a little bit of our cruise as well.
The cake is going to be from Savoia's Pastry Shoppe--and it's beautiful.
Our photographer is absolutely kick ass--his name is Jeff Palma.
Our flowers are being bought online and assembled by one of my mom's friends.
Still working on the DJ.
Our reception is going to be absolutely delicious--and beautiful--it's at Wild Wood Country Club.
We're finally registered at Target, too. So, all of the people going won't get us a whole bunch of nonsense that we'll never use or need.
Work has been interesting. I'm finding that time management is a huge issue when you're in management. So is cost/expense control. I've been having a difficult time making sure that I focus on my departments--deli, expanded, and rotisserie--and not wandering off to help every person that asks for help.
Life is good, though. Life is good.
