Got cigarette?

The price of my self-declared vice is still creeping up. In fact, while I was in Chi, I saw a machine in a bar  that sold single packs for 10.00.
A lot of people I know have dealt with the price hike by switching to ultra-premium non-corporate brands of tobacco...maybe it's am attempt to make every cigarette a pleasure and a luxury, the slow creep ( Read more... )

of course. I know the locals don't call it that, I'm trying to sound like a tourist on purpose.
I was there the weekend of the 25th for a concert, crashed with friends in Pilsen, and hit a few bars and parties around the city...

I read the comment and figured as much.
I actually tried smoking American Spirits and found that they weren't as "satisfying" as the Phillip Morris tumor sticks.

Still not sure if it's because I also need the sociological crutch of a major brand, or like the extra "kick" of the additives, impurities, tars, and chemicals in Marlboros, not just the nicotine.
