We may have a house!
We're going to look at it once more tomorrow with my parents. It needs some work but I expected that. I'm so excited.
It's not in the city, but about 10 minutes just outside, so it adds a little bit to my driving time to work, but that should be ok. I just hope my car has a few miles left in her. -crosses fingers-
Anyone want to volunteer some time at fixing it up? -lol-
