Where have all the good books gone?

Sadly I am to the point that I need a good RP or I'm going to go not so quietly insane.

It seems like all my current story-lines in GJ are leading to the same place and I just want something new and fresh. I want something that will get me out of this rut and maybe motivate my brain into actually producing something readable and FUNI'm reading

RP and I are having a falling-out of sorts. Its becoming so damn hard to be interested. I have one story I'm dedicated to, another I'm hoping to be dedicated to, and a third that has some potential, but I dont expect it to get very far.

I'm exhausted and bored, and this makes me sad. And worse, I've become mostly disgusted with what I read in a lot of places.

Is it me, or does no one bother to put any real thought or effort into writing these days?

uh-oh.. I feel an entry about crap writers coming on.. I'd better stop before I'm overcome!

Do you think you will add any of them to your web-page? Or are you just going to used that for story-line with Kim? That was such a beautiful site by the way, you're really good at what you do.

I do understand about the boredom and exhaustion though. I feel robbed, I want the fun and spontenaity back.

That site is just for the Kadawan story. I'll be making a library for the Ariandor crew next, using the same basic design / concept of the room, so players can post their stories and chapters. Maybe then I'll get around to doing one just for myself!

If you're interested in having a similar site, look for the eFiction script. Its PHP based, with easy to customize templates. Wicked cool stuff!

Hmm... you're just full of usefull information. I may have to keep you close and hoard such knowledge.

I think the Ariandor crew would enjoy that. Or at least I hope they would. I never know where anyone is with their stories so it would be nice to have an idea. That's why I never jump in, I don't know what's going on, or whats been done. I feel completely out of the loop most of the time. I've read the pages, it just doesn't carry over into the rp so easily.

I would love to see yours when you get done. You've had some amazing stories going that would be nice to read.

You dont need to know any PHP. The templates are HTML/CSS - and you're a diva there!
