A poo kind of night

I try and understand the minds of the people that call in. I realize that some of them have to wait on hold for awhile and some times those waits are up to 10 minutes. The average person does not bitch about standing in a Wal Mart check out line for double that. I can understand that some customers need a person to yell and scream at...but isn't that what theropists and violent sports are for? The attraction to movies with explosions and killing and hard core soft porn? mmm?
I guess not. There is a need to call up and make the ppl at my work go through hell. I figured it was a stressful time in the states last night and today since everyone was a bitch. EVERYONE. No matter how hard I tried to be nice, nothing seemed to work at all. One guy used the whole threat that he was going to call the CEO of AT&T to get me fired since I wouldn't take off a 1.21 late fee, which if he stopped yelling and was nice I would have done it. Instead he said he was going to have my job and yada yada yada. Now, simply put, the best approach is not to crap on the head of the person you want to do something for you. Instead, as the American way, they have to threaten and sue and yell and scream. No wonder the life expectancy of the people in the United States is dropping as fast as they get fat.
THis is not a post that I am surprised by all this, but saddned that nothing changes. The war-like stance on anyone not within their own clan is stupid and retarded. And not the " Short bus to school, doesn't know better" kind of retarded. That kind of stuff I could ignore. This is brutality on a bun served right in your face. Fuck.
