Arizona- Here I Come!
I am heading out to Arizona- via car! It's a 22 hour drive, across barren wastelands of TX and New Mexico, but I'll be lodged in the car with my Mom and Dad, and their new dog, Sketch. Sketch is a rescue dog that we have been fostering, and for some insane reason, my folks decided to adopt him. They are 65 year old retired (yet very active) folks, and they've only had cats. My Dad wants a walking buddy, and my Mom wants a pal. Sketch has the most awesome dispostion and personality- he will fit easily into their lives. I am heading out to AZ to make sure *they* are trained, not worried about the dog. I love Tuscon, and it'll be nice getting up early and walking with my dad and Sketch. And let's not forget about afternoon pool time! I am looking forward to prickly pear cactus candies and jellies and lemonade. And I miss the giant saguaro cactus. It'll be a nice little vacation. Melissa is staying home and watching the herd, and she is going to attempt golfing with some pals. I am looking forward to stories of choas and pain! Hee hee. Have a wonderful Memorial Day….
