Keito woke up as the sunlight struck through the window of his room. Keito rubbed his sleepy eyes slowly. Keito tried to sit on his bed, but he immediately lied back as his head started to dizzy.
The door to his room was opened and his dad entered his room with a smiled plastered on his face. He walked towards Keito’s bed.
“Ohayou Keito…” he said. “And happy birthday my son…” he said and gave a small peck on his forehead. “Eh?” he wondered and put his palm on Keito’s forehead. “You’re burning… You’re having a fever…” he said with a worried tone.
Keito tried again to sit up. “I’m okay dad… You don’t have to worry so much…” said Keito.
“No, you need to rest… I will call off your practice for today… All you need for today is a rest… Okay?” asked Mr Okamoto.
“Urmm…” Keito obeyed and lied back onto his bed.
Mr Okamoto smiled and went out from his room to call Hey! Say! JUMP’s manager to inform him about Keito’s absent for today. Keito just lied on his bed, then he turned to take his phone on the table next to his bed.
He flipped it open and saw there’s a message. He opened it up and read it.
Keito, happy birthday!!!
Let’s go on a date tomorrow after we finished our practice kay…
I love you so much…

Keito sighed. "Gomen Yuto, we can’t have our date…" he mumbled alone and placed his phone on the table again.
Keito stared at the ceiling. Slowly his eyes started to shut. After a few hours, Keito woke up as the bell to his house rang. He didn’t went to open the door as he knows his dad will open it. Later, there’s a knock on his door.
“Come in…” Keito said.
The door slowly opened and Keito could see Yuto’s face appeared.Yuto walked into the room. Keito’s eyes wide opened and he started to sit.
“No, just lay there, don’t sit…” Yuto said as he approached Keito.
Keito just laid back on the bed. Yuto came and sit on the bed next to Keito. He held onto Keito’s hands.
“How are you feeling?” asked Yuto.
“Still bad…” Keito replied. “Thanks for visiting me…”Keito said.
“It’s nothing…” Yuto said.
“Ne Nakajima-san, I need to go out for a while, can you accompany Keito? But, I’m not sure what time will I get back…” said Mr Okamoto.
“Sure Okamoto-san…” replied Yuto.
“Arigatou… Keito, don’t for get to take your medicine ne…” he said before closing the door.
Yuto turned to look at Keito again. “Did you had your breakfast yet?” he asked.
Keito shook his head.
“I will cook a breakfast for you… You just stay here, okay…” Yuto said with a smile.
“Unn…” Keito nodded. “Arigatou again Yuto…” he said.
“It’s nothing…” Yuto said and leaned to plant a kiss on Keito’s forehead.
Yuto stood up and covered Keito’s body with a blanket. Yuto went out and goes to the kitchen. He opened the fridge, and looks for the ingredients to make a simple breakfast for Keito.
Then he took out some carrots, chicken and others ingredients to make a porridge. After a few minutes, Yuto finally made a bowl of porridge. Yuto put it on a tray, together with a glass of water and some medicine.
Yuto walked back to Keito’s room. As he opened the door, he saw Keito was sleeping. Yuto just put the tray on the table next to Keito’s bed. He slowly sat on Keito’s bed and brushed Keito’s hair from his forehead.
“Yuto…” mumbled Keito as he opened his eyes.
“Ah, gomen… Did I wake you up?” said Yuto and stood up.
Keito shook his head. Slowly he started to try to sit up and Yuto helped him. Yuto sat again on the bed after took the bowl.
“Now, eat up…” he said.
“Unn…” Keito replied and took the spoon.
But before he could reach the spoon, Yuto took it faster than he is.
“I will feed you…” Yuto grinned.
Keito smiled and opened his mouth. After finish the porridge, Keito drinks his medicine. Slowly, the effect of the medicine took over him and he fall asleep again. Yuto got onto the bed and lied beside Keito. Yuto put his arms around Keito’s waist, and joined him into the dreamland.
A few hours later, Keito woke up and he felt a weight on his waist, he looked at it and it was Yuto’s arms wrapping around him. Keito smiled. Slowly he turned around to face the still sleeping boy while still in his embrace.
“You must be tired ne…” Keito muttered softly as he caressed Yuto’s cheek.
Yuto stir a bit before opened his eyes. “Keito… Are you feeling okay now?” asked Yuto still half-awake.
“Unn, I’m all better now, thanks to you…” said Keito and gave a small peck on Yuto’s lips.
“Glad to hear that… Ah, happy birthday again…” said Yuto and gave Keito a small peck on his lips.
Keito laughed lightly. “Arigatou…” he said and pinched Yuto’s nose. “Demo, our date…”
“It’s okay… We can go on a date next time…” said Yuto and tightens his embrace.
“Unn…” Keito replied the hug. “Ne, do you have any present for me?” asked Keito.
“You want it?” asked Yuto and pulled away from the hug.
Keito nodded. Then Keito could see a smirk plastered on Yuto’s face.
“Yuto?”
Slowly Yuto sat on top of Keito.
“Yuto, what are you doing?” asked Keito with wide eyes.
“I’m giving you my present…” said Yuto with a smirk and then he leaned forward.
