I made my first long solo trip in, like, forever. Drove 300 miles on Friday night, then 300 miles today, and it turns out my little car (Ellie) is very comfortable AND (though it takes a huge fuel economy hit) will go a steady 80 mph quite well.

The drive was even nice and easy and not ever once awful.

And I'm home safely.
