OW--ankle again
A little over an hour ago, I went to the basement to look for the 3-ring binders I thought were in the filing cabinets there. To get to the 2nd set of filing cabinets, I had to hop sideways over a PILE of stuff...and when I hopped back, I turned the same ankle I sprained badly several years ago. It popped loudly twice, and it took me a while to get over onto the floor so all my weight was no longer on it. Elf came to my rescue, but I had to get myself upstairs.
I've got it up and am icing it (and I took ibuprofen, and plan to be on that round the clock for several days), but...I got it badly. It's all puffed out on the side (outside side), swollen on the inside, the top of my foot aches, it aches all the way up the outside of my leg.
It sounded and felt and looks exactly like it did when I did this to it 5+ years ago. So I'm pretty sure I sprained it. Again. I am not amused.
