Boy, Dog, and Juice
First thing: I am IN LOVE WITH Naked Berry Veggie totally overpriced but very filling and satisfying Juice. It has BEETS. I LOVE beets! It costs way more than 15.2 fl oz of liquid should. But it's SO GOOD!
Second thing: Poor Ben.
He was crawling on the floor night before last or reaching toward something and his head moved toward Ziggy down at that level.
Ziggy is 14, mostly deaf, mostly blind (though still oddly chipper), and still asserting his occasional authority over the cats even though his ever-increasing loss of rear hip control means that he ends up splayed on the floor like Bambi on the ice half the time.
Anyway, Ben was down near Ziggy's level and Ziggy saw moving-yellow-furry and responded as if Ben were Fat!Cat...and lunged at him and bit/nipped him on the top of the head.
Poor Ben was startled and upset and a bit betrayed...and I had to try so hard not to laugh too hard.
Third thing: I love that my Husband and kids and I LAUGH a lot together. We tease and play with language and...there's just so much joy and fun...and those kids are CLEVER with language. I'm so proud of them. I love the atmosphere we have here together.
Fourth thing: I loved Bones tonight and am feeling all comfy and happy and am going to get sleep now.
