Back to TKD and doing well

I'm very proud of myself. I returned to Tae Kwon Do Thursday before last, then went again last Thursday and regularly since then. I re-learned my yellow belt form (which I TOTALLY buggered today at testing despite totally knowing it). I have relearned and stepped right back into doing great on all my punches, kicks...everything except stamina. ( Read more... )

Btw, if you're doing weight training, you might find some useful resources at
lifting_heavy_things -- it's really developing nicely as a community.
