New computer is a go!
I have had a new computer since late November and I've finally gotten it all set up!
Finally, the programs I need are loaded, all files transferred from my old hard drive (including all the vid files that initially refused to open...that had me worried!), and the stuff uninstalled that I don't want.
It's so exciting to have everything! I can even find a good, recent photo of the kids to put as my desktop now!
AND I MUST start writing on my oldschoolfic story; I thought it was due Jan 6 (even forwarded it to myself as a reminder) and it turns out it's due day after tomorrow. Agh! Fortunately, I'm pretty sure I know what to do. :-)
