1) I resolve to be more mindful of what I eat and drink.
This does not mean that I'm going to stop eating things (in moderation) that are not specifically healthy or 'good for me'. It does not mean that I'm going on a strict diet. It *does* mean that I'm going to stop eating for purely emotional reasons. It *does* mean that I'm going to try to slow down and really enjoy what I am eating, while I'm eating it. It also means that I'm going to try to eat more locally produced food and I'm going to look for food that is more organic or hormone free and avoid food that is over processed.
2) I resolve to find some form of exercise or movement that I enjoy and that I can and will keep up with when I get stressed or when the weather turns bad.
3) I resolve to take the time to reach out to those I love and value. I will tell them how I feel and why they are important to me.
4) I resolve to find value in myself.
