Viva Nashvegas
I get to go to Tennessee this weekend to par-tay it up for my cousin's graduation from MTSU. I'm SO excited-- if the new bakery had actually opened on time, there would be NO way I could be off, but since the city of Birmingham is involved, we'll be lucky to be open by the 4th of July.
/sarcasm.
So, I'll either drive up Friday after work or Saturday morning and get to visit with my family and my 2nd favorite adopted hound, Jack. He and Ellie will chase each other through my Mom's (very small) house and generally wear each other out. And Ellie will come home with her whiskers gnawed off her face. But all in fun, I assure you ;)
Wonder what else is going on up there this weekend...must get in touch with the brother.
Oh, and I made it through Step alive-- just had to take a water break, not stop because it was too much. :) And, according to WW, I earned 3 activity points. Of course, I'm doing well to get in my 24 points a day, so I may not eat those, but they're there for back up since I've had the munchies the last day or so and Andrea's making BROWNIES tomorrow!
The rash, the annoying, inexplicable rash, while less obvious, is still here. I'm SO over it.
Oh, and guess who got drafted by the Cleveland Browns? None other than:
UAB's own Darrell Hackney! That ought to cheer JB & Jason up!
Now, off to shower away the exercise and curl up in bed-- I open in the morning.
