Ohh billy...I'm so effing lazy!
This past week seriously I have done nothing but get drunk. Totally UN-like me, but hey ur friends from school don't come home that much anymore so I guess u gotta celebrate whenever ya can right?
Sunday: Christmas-Let's see what did I do? Sleep, eat wayy too much, opened some presents, and we musn't forget...got drunk with the fam. EXCELLENT :)
Monday:Had to work til 4, took a nap, went to the Hamlin Pub and saw like half of the class of 2002 and 2003 get drunk with them and Andrea. LJ stopped by for a bit, and I managed to get pissed at him for the stupidest thing ever. Saw Ricky after the bar closed and watched some stupid porn, that honestly, wasn't sexy AT ALL, drank a little more, then passed out at Andrea's and didn't wake up until 1:30 the next morning.
Tuesday-Woke up with a mild hang over, but once I ate, took a shower, and brushed my teeth I was good to go. After Drea and her friend Jennifer and I went shopping, where AE and Victoria Secret stole most of my money on stupid clearance sales..damn you! After a looooonnnggg day of shopping we ended it with Applebees 1$ beers and half off apetizers. Didn't have too many tho, since I had to work early the next morning.
Wenesday: Overslept for work for the first time in like forever! Work basically sucked cause I got yelled at by stupid customers telling me that they were disgusted with my company and would never shop there again. (You know what, I don't care if your not going to shop here anymore! You're not going to make my fortune 500 company go under because you didn't purchase our 100$ service plan on your computer and you dropped it/ran it over/spilled water on it and now it doesn't work! Idiots, I swear...)
Oh and the best is when this guy came in to pick his computer up from having a system restore, hard drive replacement, tune up, and security pack tells me that I never told him that I never told him he had to pay 79$ for us to re-install his OS. (window's for all you that are less informed with the computer lingo) When it clearly stated on all of his paperwork, notes, service order form, AND the 45 minute conversation I had with him on Monday for why he needed all of this.
The conversation went as follows:
Hello I'm calling about the computer that was dropped off with us?
Mr.X: Yes, what does it need?
Me: You need this, at this price, that at this price, a security pack because you are a dumb ass who uses limewire with no spyware or virus protection, and wonders why your computer doesn't work.
Mr. X: well you guys have had my computer for two days now, (Because we're freaking busy with all of the people coming in with the same god damn problem that he has from their christmas purchases.) and my kids all got iPods for christmas and are bugging me to use them. So I would appreciate all of that stuff to be done by the end of the day.
me: Well sir, we are busy due to the holiday. Though I can see what my agents can do for you now, and I will get back with you when they are finnished with your unit. Other than that, do you approve of this work to be done to your computer?
Mr.X: Well I guess I have no other option now do I?
Me: Well it's up to you sir
Mr.X: fine just do it, call me when it's done.
So I move his computer to the awaiting repair side, and three hours later he comes into the store wanting his computer. So my Tech comes back to me and is like, uh did you tell this guy his computer was ready? OMG I was so livid, I was like UH NO! I told him that I would try to get it done for him ASAP, but I never told him it was done. So my agent goes and tells him that and then the guy demands that I go out there and tell him that. So I walk out there and he;s like uh we have a problem, you said it would be done ASAP, and I told him clearly that I DID NOT say that, that he must have mis-understood what I was saying because it was almost impossible to get it done in 3 hours on a busy day. And had my agent explain that to him as well.
Well the guy ended up leaving, and coming back on Wenesday to pick up his computer. I didn't know he was there until my supervisor rang him up and he yelled out my name and said that I never told him he had to pay 79$ for the OS charge. So my Sup gave me this look like, your an idiot who didn;t tell him this and now I have to deal with it. So I went back pulled up his tag and it clearly stated the conversation, and the handwritten notes of the price of everything that had to be done, and the clients approval. So I showed him and her and he was pissed at started yelling at me, telling me I was a liar and how he wasn't informed of that information...but ended up paying the stupid 79$ anyway..ARGGGG
haha but that was well worth the drama, cause afterwards I hung out with LJ all day :) and yep got REALLY drunk once again, leaving me with a horrible hangover today.
Today, Obviously I didn't do much since I felt like crap all day. Had Taco bell for the last time this year since I' m doing the weight watchers thing on Sunday. Haha I seriously savored every bite! I went on the Weight Watchers website and looked at my target goal and measured my BMI, which doesn't suprise me that my BMI is over the normal limit of 20-25, is a 26! GOD I feel like such a fat ass. Especially since my target goal is 125-130 and my current weight is 147 (as of yesterday) So we'll see how far I can get before I say fuck it lol!
Well okay, I guess I'm done for now. I have to work from 8:30-4:30 tomorrow, and I think I'm going to Canada with Stace, Cheri, and some of Stacey's roomates to drink more lol. Saturday is New years eve, and I landed myself a sexy date which I'm SUPER excited for! haha I was talkin to Stacey about last new years, how we spent it together and had a HOT kiss that night lol. That I'll be sad to not be able to share that with her again this year lol. That's okay, I think my first new years date will make up for that lol!
