“Do I?” asked McGee, nervously. “The opera sounded really fancy, but I only have regular not-fancy suits and I borrowed this vest from Tony and the bowtie from Gibbs and I tried nine times to get it right and I just-”
“Allow me,” Ducky interrupted gently, and with a few deft tugs had McGee’ bowtie straight and centered. “There, now you’re all ready to go.”
McGee smiled. “Thanks. And thanks again for inviting me. I’ve never been to an opera before.”
“Then you’re in for a treat,” said Ducky.
