“I learned something interesting yesterday,” said Beverly, as she held out her teacup. “But you can’t let anyone know I told you.”
Picard glanced up from the tea he was pouring. “Then should you be telling me?”
“It’s sweet, really,” she said. “I overheard an engineer talking to one of my nurses. He had been anxious about leading a new project Geordi had given him, and thanked the nurse for suggesting he have a cup of Earl Grey tea - and I quote - to help him think like Captain Picard. And apparently, it worked.”
He smiled. “I’m glad I could help.”
