Well lets start off with the Topic first then I'll jump into the rest of it...

Operation Get Fit in 08

So thats exactly it. I just bought $56 bucks worth of food for the week, well almost the whole week still need dinners made up. But I bought breakfasts and lunches for the whole week that I can make up. Im using the mypyramid.gov website for help on planning my meals out. Basically its to help me make sure that I'm not eating fast food twice a day.. and chugging down pop or whatever.

Im going to be getting one of those cool scales too that measures my BMI and all that oh and my weight as well.

Currently.. I'm at 170 lbs, 5'11, 34 inch waist x 32 long. I dont know what my body fat is at.. but i know its not what it used to be. I dont have my ab's like I used to either.

So thats that. I'll check in every once and a while and let you know where im at.

OH! and the only real exercise that I get too is Hockey on Tuesday nights *league* and Practice on Saturday nights. So I need to work on that as well.

Other News

Well it seems that Sunoco has a gas pipeline running through our back yard. Sunoco wants to cut down two blocks of trees, 20 feet on both sides of the property line, so they have access to their pipeline. There is 100 houses that are involved in the matter, mine is one of them

So there is a lawsuit taking place right now. I dont know where its going but hopefull we keep our trees!

June 8th Storm

We had a really bad storm go through this evening and two possible tornados touch down a mile on either side of our house. We didnt suffer any damages, but after driving around after the storm passed through, there are a lot of people that are having to clean up. This is actually a historical day for tornados too. There was one that passed through flushing that killed 160 people in 1953, so kind of weird that it happened tonight.

No deaths or injuries were reported but there is a lot of clean up needed from fallen trees and such.

Thats all I have for now...  Work is going ok... love life is still shitty but hey what can u do?.. reenacting stuff is going well.. will be at Greenfield Village this coming weekend, so come see me! and yeah thats it!
