My fast pace life came back again. I loved every minute of it. I love the feeling of falling asleep because I'm so tired from having too much fun.
Thursday- Graduation practice, hair appointment, prom. Prom was very nice, Gino made my night being an awesome dancer. haha. Then went to Caitlin's for the night.
Friday- Senior concert. It was very good. Forced socialization after with parents i don't know, some didn't even speak English. lol
Saturday- Baccalaurette and dinner for parents and seniors.
Sunday- Graduation!! It rained but I think that made it more fun. Being outside in spastic rain described the personality of my class and it was perfect. Party hopped after graduation till around 11. Richard called at around 11:30, talked to him and then fell asleep around 1am.
Monday- The best day ever of random events! Woke up early to say goodbye to Jan who is leaving to go back to Slovokia. :~( I also said goodbye to a few other boarders. After I wanted to go to the mall to buy Alysa a gift before her party. There was parade going on and so the nice police-man let me chill out in my car and watch it at the intersection because I wasn't able to get the mall anyway. I got to the mall and I called Ami to see if she wanted to do lunch later. She was already waiting in line to have brunch with her mom at Perkins and invited me along. I went and the first people I saw were my grandparents waiting for a table too. How could I forget they were in for my graduation?! After brunch, Ami and I went shopping for gifts for Alysa. Hung out with Ami till 4:30 when Caitlin, Ami, and I went to Scranton for Alysa's party. We stayed for a little while and then went for dinner. At dinner, the normal Ami comments were happening. This time it was about how I should make a board game about how to "play men" haha. Caitlin said, " I wonder who's listening to this on the other side of the wall." Right on cue, Ms. Slaff (my college advisor and english teacher last term) walks by. Caitlin then leans over to see who else is at the table with Slaff. None other than an English teacher who is about 80 and has lived at SEM since he was like 22. We said hi to Ms. Slaff and left quickly. We went to Barnes and Nobles for coffee. First we see Matt and his brother Dan. We talked to them and then found a table. We sat there for 2 and half hours because people from SEM kept coming in. It was like a little party at B&N. Emily and Abby pulled up chairs and stayed with us. Abby got a call about a group going to the movies at 10pm and invited us all along. The whole theater was full of college students. Alysa walks in wearing a Temple hoodie but looked so offended when a guy asked if she went to Temple and she said "no!". Maybe she should have been wearing a GeorgeTown hoodie. The movie was alright.
In the end I went to sleep around 2, and woke up today at 11:30. I think it's the perfect beginning to official summer as a SEM alumn.
Today, it's all about home, at least for the afternoon.
