Real life concerns have apparently distracted me from being a good virtual host here in LJ Land. A couple of new people have come out of the woodwork recently and I haven't so much as waved at them!

ns_kumiho popped in a while back. I've never met her (him?) but I'm guessing arrival was via sariputra which means a working brain and an interest in a good many good things. Your little bits of commentary offered on news stories are entertaining and your links are interesting. Hopefully you'll jump in over here and spark some good discussion.
fatesfolly is another complete stranger--and apparently a completely random passer-by who has dropped in. But she's local, so that automatically adds to the cool factor. And she seems to be up to some interesting things. (Like the link she posted to Sacred Circles: A Celebration of Women's Spirituality at the National Cathedral... almost surprised I haven't seen that mentioned elsewhere on my friends list... obviously not for me, but an interesting event!) I like her writing and she seems to be in a very thoughtful place. Glad to have you here... I'm sure some interesting conversations will pop up.
