I cried SO HARD during the Mary J Blige "No More Pain" video on MTV's UMA countdown. I mean i like bawled from the beginning scene where theres that skinny crack kid in the alley and he's got all those bruises on his arms and then he takes out a needle and tears are like straming down his face and he starts squirming around and then finally he injects it and then he relaxes and his body starts like convulsing. I was crying so hard i could like barely see that video is so depressing! and then in the next scene there in this guys bedroom and he's beating his wife and she's like cowering down and then her face covers the screen and she has a black eye and she trys to smile but then a little blood comes out of the side of her mouth. And THEN the worse part when i absolutely had to turn it off was when this dad i guess is walking up to his kids house and his little boy comes running out to meet him and he takes out a knife and stabs him and the little boy crumples to the ground and then the dad gets money. and through the whole thing Mary is softly humming "No pain...please no pain..."

Argh has anyone seen that?!?!? Its kind of an old one but i cried so freaking hard and i never cry and argh it was so awful.
