THEY'RE GONNA THROW THE BOOK AT ME!
SOOOO......I gave my lawyer a ring the other day to find out my next court date and he gave me some interesting news. HE SAID that at my first court date they had no record of me and my case hadn't even been filed yet! WHAT IS THAT!!! the dumb cops haven't even filed a case yet....which means that I'm just sitting here with no idea what is going on with my case. I freakin got arrested almost TWO MONTHS AGO and there's not even a case yet. At least my lawyer says now there's a chance it could get dismissed....I DOUBT THAT....but that's what i pay him to tell me!
I DID get a letter from the DMV though so I know when the hearing is for my license suspension. It's on NOVEMBER 3! Get ready everyone....after that date I REALLY won't be able to drive anymore!
This whole thing is so scary and I hate not knowing anything! I just wish they would hurry up so I can stop worrying....I can't take it anymore!
