I started this morning with about an hour on the heating pad, then I did about a half hour of yoga. This really seemed to open up my stiff back, and I think I have to make this part of my morning routine as much as possible

I'm even feeling pretty good this morning, but still using the heating pad prophylactically. Now if I could stop the nightmares about the mice in the kitchen. I would blame it on too much childhood exposure to The Nutcracker if those mice weren't so darn real.
