Back in the PA
Just got back from my long weekend in Brooklyn. A good time was had by all. I found the bridesmaid dress that I will be ordering soon. Suprisingly enough, it was not the original one I had picked out. That one just did not look so hot in person.
My cousin and her fiance came up on Saturday night and we all went out to eat for Brooklyn Restaurant Week. Then we talked more wedding plans and it made the groom to be quite excited! Too cute.
Yesterday was the big St. Patrick's Day Parade and brunch. Tried out some new recipes and this turned out much better than last year's individual sandwiches. It was such a gorgeous day, that we even left our window views and went down among the crowd.
I ended up staying over last night so I could get up this morning and take advantage of the $14 mani & pedi special they have Monday - Wednesday. The place was empty this morning so I had the royal treatment. I grabbed a sandwich at my new favorite bagel shop and then hit the road.
Now I must spend a little time with my cat so he'll calm down.
