The craziest thing happened yesterday on my way home from school!!!!
so i'm driving along on Maple to go to Wegman's by the boulevard mall. a stop light is not working..? odd to say the least.
i pull into Wegman's *grocery store* and they are telling people to leave and go to a different Wegman's store because they are out of power. okay.. that was really weird.. so i decide to swing by home first to see if i need anything i forgot on my list.
on my way to my apartment via city streets.. IT'S INSANE! it's about 5 o'clock and NO traffic lights are working, it was a mad house...
police were directing traffic at Sheridan & Harlem and Harlem & Main but those were the only ones that I saw. They could have really used them further up the road towards Niagara Falls boulevard which was insane..
i decided to stay home instead of going to the Wegman's on Walden near the Galleria Mall. that place is crazy enough even with the traffic lights working..
i made it home in one piece and in no traffic accidents.. good thing i have food for the next couple of days because i probably will not have any time to go grocery shopping again until this weekend.
