Giovanni has several different teams of Pokemon. This is his main team.
- He has no memories of training any of these Pokemon, except for Nidoking. He also doesn't remember getting these Pokemon, or journeying to the other regions (except Johto, which he visited on occasion).
- Tyranitar technically isn't a Ground-type, but it's predecessor, Pupitar, is.
- Giovanni obtained the majority of these Pokemon through questionable methods. He is the Team Rocket boss for a reason, after all.
