Future Homesickness
Tomorrow is free coffee day at Starbucks thanks to this voucher I have. Sweet! It also is One Month Left in London day. Bittersweet!
Flight to Malaga is booked. Gibraltar and the train to Madrid I'll do when I'm there (and can ask Hannah for advice). I booked my hostel in Madrid and my flight from Madrid to London.
Scotland I'll sort out last minute when I return (just a matter of getting to Edinburgh and booking the tour).
I think they've found my replacement. She came in today and seems nice and friendly. It kinda bums me out, though. Makes me remember that I'm leaving for good, not just for a holiday.
I looked up information re: BA's charges for an extra bag versus an overweight bag. Yeah. £90 for an extra bag (only £72 if you pay online - woo!) vs. £25 for overweight (or possibly no fee - their site implied the fee would be after 26 November). Woot! I'm going to cram so much stuff in those two bags (including one other suitcase).
I can tell I'm going to feel like hell tomorrow. You have to love clockwork.
The new (male) housemate likes to listen to REM on repeat and leave the toilet seat up. I've yet to actually meet him. It's become a game almost, to see if I can go the rest of the time without seeing him.
In the middle of the night I woke up after a dream, thinking I was in my bed at home. This is not the first time. I guess my brain is trying to prepare me.
