Tenma usually likes having medical students around the wards; he's no more nostalgic than the next person, but when a reminder of your past meets hope for the future, well, what can one complain about? i am now reassessing my evaluation that "assassins working in a flower shop" was what made this series truly classic, because am now weighing the "what if they were assassins working at a cute catering business, making little anthropomorphic lunches!!!111" angle.

decisions :( of course ken would just eat everything, omi would make ones to illustrate his sanrio character obsession, and youji would just... idk make obscene riceballs, so possibly, flowers are the safer/saner option.
