I can't stop laughing. I spent the last thirty minutes on this marvelous blog; www.thefoodpornographer.com. Basically, it's the photo blog of this lovely Chinese lesbian chick that lives in Perth. It was actually really funny and cute, because I was reading all the posts and wondering what was up with this 'Jac' person-- all the while assuming that the blogger was straight. She kept mentioning her... It was all, "Oh, I woke up this morning and Jac was craving [insert food]! She [so on and so forth]!" I guess I was pretty clued up, so I took a look at her FAQ section.
Who is this Jac you keep mentioning?
Jac is my partner of almost 10 years. She is not into computers or the internet at all, and has decreed that no image of her is to made available to the internet public. She is a wonderful cook and keeps me well fed. Most of the home cooked meals posted here have been created by Jac.

Ahahahaha. Sorry, I know it shouldn't be funny... But... I was totally not expecting that. It's so refreshing to see a culinary blog run by a Australian Born Chinese who happens to be shacked up with another chick. I love this woman.
Call me crazy, but I find it so strange (in a fabulous way) that her family hasn't disinherited her. You read her post from Tuesday and she talks about eating out with her family and her girlfriend. I don't know... If I came out of the closet to my parents and told them I was going to shack up with my girlfriend of ten years, they'd probably have epileptic fits before erasing me from the family tree-- let alone all go out for dinner together. *snickers at the thought of dinner conversation*
Well, if you're bored and have nothing to do, take a look at her blog! It's incredibly funny, the photos are lovely, the recipes are inspiring and she's really down to earth. *smirk* If anything, you'll start watering at the mouth.
By the way, I've finished my Major Work draft now... So I'm feeling happy. *hugs*
