Undoubtedly the cell phone!  People talk like no one can hear them, they drive with phones to their ears, they answer them in the movies, they talk at the bank teller and hold things up, Ive heard them tell a Dr "just a sec"... and make me wait longer for my appt!  Rude cell phone use is both dangerous and well RUDE!!
