While looking for information on dolphinariums (Finland has the world's most northern, btw), I came across the link to all things

Looking at the page makes me wonder is there anything that
Longyearbyen (capital city of
Svalbard) in Norway doesn't have? They seem to pretty much dominate the list, and for a town of 1 739 people that's not bad.
