Yeah I have amigraine today. Its a pretty severe one, and yeah Im still at work. Ah well

This morning I went to a breifing all morning I had coffee and a banana for breakfats, and I got a migraine at around 10a. I think it my have been the lighting in the room was very poor since we were looking at slides a lot of the time
