So I think it's time to take a break from my paper that I started today and that's due tomorrow. At least the topic is interesting - how evil will destroys evil in The Lord of the Rings. My Tolkien teacher is great, she absolutely worships him and gets very excited about his use of language and the way he creates fate in his books. You would love it Steven.
Earlier today, I checked mail and I had FIVE letters. I was so excited! I had one from my grandparents, one from my mom, and three from the joint efforts of my little sister and cousin. They sent me really nice messages and pictures that they drew for me. It was so sweet that I almost started crying (plus I'm starting to get eager to see home again). After reading my letters I ventured out into Oxford. I mailed a couple of postcards, and made my way over to the bus station so I could get information on traveling to Gatwick to catch my flight to Germany on Thursday. My flight is at 8:30, but the guy at the desk recommended that I take the 3:15 bus because traffic gets kind of bad at that time. That is about 5 hours of traveling/customs/waiting for my flight, but I know that it will be well worth it.
I need to get the Belgium chocolates out of my room. They are terribly addictive. I hope I can keep myself from opening the box of chocolate shells I bought to bring home. I am going to bring home so much chocolate - assorted kinds from England, Belgium, and Germany. My mom and sister are really the only ones who love it at home, so that leaves plenty for me (and you too Sus ;) ).
I can't believe it is only 2 weeks before I will be home again, and 2 weeks after that when I start my senior year of college. It will be very bittersweet.
