Still shocked.
Thank you everyone for the nice emails and comments you sent me earlier today. It's always nice to hear from people at home, but especially now in this tumultuos atomsphere. It really makes me miss the US a lot. As I'm sure you can imagine, today has been really crazy. The bombings are all that everyone is talking about over here. Everyone is cancelling plans to go into the city. I went on a walking tour today around the city, and everyone had their radios on. It reminds me so much of September 11. Everyone is tuned in, and everyone is anxiously checking for updates and information. We said a prayer before dinner tonight for all the victims and their families. It makes me sick to think that there are people out there who would willingly hurt innocent people. i keep thinking about how i was just there...
