Happy 5 years!
I missed it, but Sunday was my LiveJournal five year anniversary.
My god, it's been a long time.
When I started it, I was spotty at keeping it updated and I wrote these harried one paragraph entries about what I watched on TV that day, what shake I ordered at Frosty Bossie and what I mistakenly called Sarah's boyfriend's friend that one time.
But now look at me! I update about important things like TomKat! I've come so far.
My livejournal friends list has grown exponentially in the last couple of years and for that I am grateful. Though it limits how much I can say (I know how ya'll gossip), it's good to know I have an audience, just as I'm happy to be an audience for each of you.
Corny as it is, livejournal genuinely has made my friendships closer just by simply learning more about each of you. I value that. Someday I, too, will be a blogger who updates about her pregnancy and grocery stores (like the infamous www.dooce.com that Jodi turned me onto).
I hope that you all will be along for the ride.
Next up, a Newport News update. But that's still to come as I'm exhausted.
Hittin Nova to visit this weekend, I'm uber excited. We're going to the Spy Museum bitches! I'm gonna learn to be a spy and hum my own theme and, you know, squirt people with my hidden water gun.
