Goings-On
I went and bought shoes at lunch today. My parents somehow turned up an extra ticket for the dinner/dancing cruise they're going on tonight, invited me along, and I didn't have any decent dancing shoes. Now I do. *ha-cha*
I haven't mentioned my chairs yet. My huge project for the past few weeks has been painting a pair of chairs to match a pair of mugs I bought at a pseudo-yard sale. (The girl across the hall had some stuff outside her door. A sale but no yard.) They are brilliantly colored, it's going to be fantastic. The first one's almost done. I will certainly get a picture (with mug) when I'm finished. Meantime, I'm just spending a lot of time painting. (And cleaning brushes. Oy.)
